From struggle to strength
I wasn't always the person you see today. At 22, I was 30kg overweight, lacked energy, and had no idea where to start. I tried every fad diet and generic gym program — and failed every time.
Everything changed when I found a great coach who showed me that sustainable transformation is a process, not a quick fix. Within a year I had not only changed my body — I had changed my relationship with food, fitness, and myself.
That experience is what drives me. I became a trainer so that nobody has to waste years making the same mistakes I did. Every client gets the shortcut I wish I'd had.
